With a background in corporate business intelligence, he saw patterns of dysfunction play on repeat, and the ramifications they had on business ... and, most importantly, people's lives.
It was then he knew he could make a much bigger difference in the world, and created a unique system for personal growth and business development.
With that, he began Casey Coaching and his career as a Life Coach. That was 30+ years ago.
